Zeweb Media Private Limited provides outsourcing services including bookkeeping, virtual assistance, web design, SEO, social media management, content writing, and back-office support. The scope, pricing, and timelines of services will be outlined in project agreements or contracts.

2. Payments

2.1 All fees must be paid as per the agreed terms (hourly, project-based, or monthly retainer).
2.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Provide accurate and complete information needed for service delivery.
3.2 Ensure timely communication and approvals to avoid project delays.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, designs, and materials created by Zeweb Media Private Limited remain our property until full payment is received.
4.2 After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Zeweb Media Private Limited retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless the client requests otherwise).

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We strive to provide accurate, reliable, and professional services.
5.2 However, Zeweb Media Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, project details, and client data secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
